Is Snapclass associated with Virgin Active?
No, we are not associated with Virgin active. We are a 3rd party company. Virgin active does not offer the means to reserve a class more than a week in advance.
Is Snapclass free to use?
New users get 8 free credits to book whichever classes they like. After that, we charge a small fee for class credits.
Is it safe to sign in with my Virgin Active account?
We require you to connect your account only so that we can book classes on your behalf. Your encrypted credentials are stored securely on our servers.
